By approving this estimate or paying this invoice, client acknowledges and agrees to all Cleaning Service Policies & Terms of Service provided by Tidy Team LLC. Cleaning Service Policies & Terms of Service
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality professional cleaning services at every visit. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, you must notify our office within 24 hours of service completion.
Upon notification, we will return to re-clean the identified areas at no additional charge.
Re-Clean Policy
- Re-cleans must be scheduled within 2 business days of notification.
- Only areas included in the original service will be addressed.
- Access to the property must be provided for corrective service.
Failure to report concerns within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of completed services.
Refund Policy
Because cleaning is a labor-based service, refunds are not provided once service has been completed.
Customer satisfaction concerns will be addressed through our complimentary re-clean process rather than monetary reimbursement.
Payment & Chargeback Policy
Payment is due in full upon completion of scheduled services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By booking service, the client authorizes payment using the payment method provided.
Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our company and allowing reasonable opportunity to resolve concerns through our Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Clean Policy.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication or after corrective services have been offered may be formally disputed using service documentation, photographs, communications, and policy acceptance records.
The client agrees to remain responsible for payment of services rendered.
Damage & Breakage Policy
Our technicians exercise care while cleaning; however, accidental damage may occasionally occur.
Any alleged damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe releases the company from liability.
When responsibility is confirmed, the company may repair or replace damaged items at its discretion.
The company is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly secured items
- Items of high monetary or sentimental value not disclosed prior to service
- Electronics or fragile items older than five (5) years
- Artwork, antiques, or irreplaceable items
Repair or replacement decisions remain at the discretion of the company and its insurance provider.
Employee Theft or Loss Allegations Policy
Our company maintains bonding and insurance protection against employee dishonesty.
Any allegation of theft must be reported within 24 hours of service and must include a detailed written description of the missing items.
Clients agree to cooperate with any investigation conducted by management, insurance carriers, or bonding providers.
Bond coverage applies only to verified acts of employee dishonesty and does not apply to misplaced items or unverified losses.
False or unsubstantiated accusations may be referred to appropriate authorities when necessary.
Access & Safety Policy
Technicians reserve the right to leave or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or substantially unsanitary beyond normal service scope, or if aggressive animals are present.
Full payment remains due if service cannot be completed due to undisclosed unsafe conditions.
Limitations of Service
Cleaning results may vary depending on surface condition, buildup, staining, and normal wear and tear.
We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, discoloration, or conditions resulting from lack of maintenance or material deterioration.
Bond & Insurance Clarification
Bonding and insurance coverage exist to protect against accidental damage or verified employee dishonesty.
Customer dissatisfaction related to cleaning quality, expectations, or preferences does
not constitute grounds for an insurance or bond claim.
Agreement Acceptance
By scheduling, authorizing, or allowing cleaning services to be performed, the client acknowledges and agrees to all company service policies, satisfaction guarantees, payment terms, and limitations of liability outlined herein.
